This is a high-level ulpan and absorption program for new immigrant single college graduates and professionals from all over the world, aged 22-35. It is their springboard to successful acclimation to Israeli society.

Participants live in the city of Ra’anana, in the heart of Israel, at the Jewish Agency’s Absorption Center. They study Hebrew in an intensive ulpan course for five hours daily, five days a week.

Throughout the five month program, the absorption center staff assists the young adults in every aspect of absorption, from medical plan registration to searching for an apartment to learning about higher education benefits to exploring career options. Resume and employment workshops advance each individual’s job search.

At Ulpan Sapir young singles come together from all over the world and engage in interesting and fun social, cultural and community activities. They travel and hike throughout Israel. Jewish holidays and Israeli commemorative days are celebrated in an open, multi-cultural atmosphere. For many, the friendships made at the Ulpan are the foundationfor their social life in Israel.

Ra’anana is an upscale city with a large number of English speaking residents. It is only a short bus ride from Tel Aviv, with its beautiful beaches, restaurants, cafes, museums and exciting nightlife. Tel Aviv is the business and financial capital of Israel.
