They will be glad to assist you.  Orders may be submitted: ·         By telephone with credit card payment information ·         By filling out the SISU/Kol –Ami order formand sending it in with a check ·         By sending an official Purchase Order form or letter on official school letterhead to be invoiced. If your institution is in New York State, please include a copy of your Tax Exemption certificate. Orders From Outside of North America Orders from any country outside of North America are handled directly by JAFI.
